The Pike Road Schools Board of Education has announced the selection of Dr. Jason Goodwin, current Deputy Superintendent, as the district’s next superintendent, effective July 1, 2026.
This summer, Dr. Goodwin will transition into his new leadership role, bringing extensive experience in secondary education and district administration. One thing he already appreciates is the support from our community.
"It's an exciting opportunity, I love being a part of the Pike Road System", says Dr. Goodwin. "The support from our leadership team, each department, the Town of Pike Road, and the community is unmatched. We appreciate that our community is so heavily invested in education. "
While he has been part of Pike Road Schools for only two years, the Goodwin family has quickly become an active and valued part of the Pike Road community, which they now proudly call home.
